Parks and rural lots
What to know before we come
In a mobile home park
Some parks want to know who is working on a unit. Tell us the park and the lot, and we'll check in with the office if you ask.
On a rural lot
Give us directions and a landmark. If the road is gravel or the lot is steep, tell us when you call.
Far from town
Past the towns listed, we may add a trip charge. We say so on the phone, before the visit.
Not sure we come to you?
Tell us the town and the lot. We'll say yes or no on the first call.
Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
